BEST

SYNTAX : best ['dictionary']

USE :
"best" -- shows the top 20 active players for your default dictionary.
"best twl" -- shows the top 20 TWL players.

DESCRIPTION:
• In order to be in the best list you must have a tournament rating that confirms your ISC rating. Send a message to "https://isc.ro/en/help/contact.html". Your name and rating will not be made public.
• The average WESPA rating for top ISC players is 1905. The average ISC rating is 1860. The average NASPA rating for top ISC players is 1903. The average ISC rating is 1947.
• There is a best list for each dictionary. Everytime a player from the best list logs on , the players who are using that dictionary will be notified.
• A player must have played at least 7 rated games in the last week to stay in the list. Computers are not listed.

INTERFACE :
• Click on the main window and select [Best] from the menu.
