Microsoft Java Virtual Machine is no longer distributed with Windows.
If the program doesn't start when you try to run it you will need to
install Microsoft Java Virtual Machine.
If you get an error message "Unable to start application. Invalid
class resource. Unexpected failure" remove Java Virtual Machine
first.

1. Select
Start > Run
2. Enter RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection java.inf,UnInstall
in the Open box, and click OK Click Yes to confirm that you want to
remove the Microsoft VM.
3. When prompted, reboot the computer.
Install Microsoft Java Virtual Machine
1. Click the

VM
2. Execute msjavx86.exe file on your computer.
3. Install VM following the installation and reboot.

Java Virtual Machine
Update
your VM on Windows Update
because this is not a latest program. Select such a program as "Microsoft
virtual machine (Microsoft VM)".
